At Bonsai.io, we want you to have the best experience with our AI design tools. Because we utilize multiple payment processors, the following refund rules apply:

App Store Purchases: Subscriptions or items purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s Refund Policy. You must request these refunds directly through your Apple ID account.

Stripe/Direct Purchases: One-time "Message Packs" or "Style Unlocks" purchased directly via Stripe are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of documented system failure at our sole discretion.

As noted in our Terms & Conditions, all AI outputs are provided "As-Is," and refunds are not granted based on the creative style or "10% margin of error" inherent in generative AI results.
